COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS

Only one coupon code may be applied to a single purchase.

SHIPPING AND LIABILITY

SHIPPING TERMS

Our Free Standard Shipping is a standard service, typically taking 6-12 business days. By selecting this option, you permit HUGLY to commit to dispatch your order.

In accordance with consumer protection laws, our obligation concludes once the product is handed over to the selected shipping carrier. HUGLY is not liable for any carrier-related delays, losses, damages, or thefts. By choosing any shipping carrier, you forfeit any compensation claims against HUGLY for mishaps during transit. If problems occur, your recourse lies with the chosen shipping carrier or personal responsibility.

Covered Shipping by HUGLY offers replacements for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, for an additional fee. This service does not denote acceptance of liability but is an added offering for your benefit. We do not take responsibility for carrier delays, and change of mind does not apply to Covered Shipping. For returns, please follow our 30-day return policy. The risk and title of the product transfer to you upon handing them to our chosen delivery partner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

HUUGY maintains the right to decline service to anyone without justification. Recognize that your content (excluding credit card data) might be transmitted unencrypted across networks and might undergo adjustments to fit network/device requirements. However, credit card details are consistently encrypted during transmission. You agree not to replicate, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of our service or Site content without our explicit written consent. HUUGY has the discretion to end this agreement or restrict your access to the Site at any time for any reason, or even no reason, with or without prior notice. If you breach, or we suspect a breach, of any provision of these Terms, HUUGY can also terminate this agreement without notice. In such a case, you remain responsible for all outstanding obligations up to and including the termination date. Furthermore, we might restrict your access to our services entirely or partially. Upon termination: - Your rights to access the Site end immediately. - Pre-termination obligations and liabilities persist post-termination.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For non-Swedish residents, any disputes or claims related to these Terms will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration will take place in Stockholm, Sweden, in English, with one arbitrator. Residents of Sweden will have disputes resolved in the competent courts of Stockholm. Both parties agree to resolve claims individually through arbitration, not as part of a class action. Except where Swedish law demands, neither the arbitrator nor the party can disclose arbitration details without both parties' written consent. If disputes proceed in court rather than through arbitration, all parties waive their right to a jury trial, as jury trials are not a standard practice in the Swedish legal system.

GOVERNMENT LAW

Unless influenced by another jurisdiction's laws, these Terms, along with any related service agreements, will be interpreted according to the laws of Sweden. For Swedish residents, these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.
